Subscribing to TeamSnap Calendar Updates

Via Mobile App

  1. Tap the Schedule icon on the bottom app navigation

  2. Tap the white upward-pointing arrow icon in the upper left corner

  3. Tap the “Subscribe” button

  4. Follow the remaining onscreen device instructions subscribe/add the calendar to your mobile device

Via Desktop Browser

  1. Go to the Schedule Tab for the Team calendar you’d like to sync

  2. Click on the grey “Settings” button in the upper right corner

  3. Select “Sync Calendar / Export”

  4. On the “Export Schedule” screen that appears:
    A. Click on “Subscribe to Full Calendar” if you use Apple iCal or Microsoft Outlook
    (or)
    B. Copy and paste the calendar link directly if you use Google calendar or prefer to do things manually with another calendar tool

  5. Follow the remaining onscreen prompts to complete your setup (name the calendar, set your update/sync frequency, etc.)
